Panbil Residence Serviced Apartment

We got the 2 bedroom apartment and it was really well equipped and comfortable. Both rooms come with a double bed and there were 2 bathrooms; one ensuite with the master bedroom and one just outside the second bedroom. There is a sofa which seats maybe 3 pax at the most but there is also a dining table with 4 chairs. The supply all the amenities you would expect to find in a hotel. Instead of small bottles of water, they had a huge bottle which meant that you had to top up your own individual bottle so don’t forget to bring one of those along. Breakfast was offered as part of the apartment booking. But do have your breakfast at the hotel restaurant and not at the pop up event hall. Make sure you head to the main breakfast area because the spread that they have there is a lot more complete with so many choices and live stations. I love the many choices that they had. From noodle stations, egg stations and waffle/pancake live stations, there were also local Indonesian dishes and international dishes. Another plus is the supermarket next door. You can get many snacks and other groceries just a stone throw away from the apartment. Though this place was not in the centre of town, the location didn’t really bother us as we used grab to get to places and the wait is never long.

Room was very spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Check-in was relatively fast. Staff did not hesitate to provide us with extra key card upon request. The place was clean and tidy. Staffs were very friendly, very helpful when comes to queries and requests. Breakfast spread was surprisingly large. Service staffs in the breakfast area were really great. The conceirge help arranged a transport for us to go to the Panbil Edu Park. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He took the extra effort to drove us around the entrance of the park to show us where the cafe was and where to get the tickets. There is a mini mart on the outside right of the exit gate. You can get your snacks or other essentials if needed. The prices are about the same as that of other supermarts

Great spread for breakfast - American, Asian and vegetarian choices available. even had bread & butter pudding and an Asian desert that changed daily. The apartment was big w a fully functional kitchenette and they provided cooking utensils and cutlery. there’s a supermarket next door for daily shopping if one doesn’t want (or can’t!) leave the property. the property has an on-site bakery, 2 restaurants and a bar on the top floor with amazing views of the lake in the evenings. a very large and complete gym, swim pool (with a detached indoor kids pool) and a full spa complete the whole experience.

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation for a big group of friends. Staff were responsive and polite. The shuttle service offered by the property to the major malls was a thoughtful and great arrangement. The breakfast spread was good too! Would definitely recommend anyone looking out for a great place to stay with a big group of friends.
